Thank you for choosing OK Furniture Studio. Please review our shipping terms below to ensure a smooth delivery experience:
1. Delivery Timeline
- After placing your order, delivery typically takes 4-6 weeks.
- In case of delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will keep you informed about the status of your order.
2. Delivery Schedule
- Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday.
- Once your shipment is ready for dispatch, you will receive an email notification.
- You may also receive a call from our logistics partner to confirm the tentative delivery date and time. However, as logistics are managed by third-party partners, we cannot guarantee their communication or specific actions.
3. Delivery Location
- The delivery personnel will deliver items to the ground floor of the building premises or the nearest physically accessible location.
- For deliveries to higher floors, please arrange for your own manpower to move the products. Logistics partners are responsible only for ground-floor deliveries.
4. Fitment Responsibility
- Please ensure the furniture dimensions provided on the product page are suitable for your entryway, stairway, or room.
- OK Furniture Studio will not be liable if the furniture does not fit, and any failed delivery or re-attempts due to such issues will incur additional charges.
5. Address and Contact Information
- Provide accurate address and phone details when placing your order.
- If you will be unavailable, notify us in advance to plan shipping and delivery accordingly.
6. Packaging and Product Handling
- To ensure product safety during transit, goods are securely packed in wooden crates, which might make the packaging bulky.
- Customers must arrange for the goods to be unpacked themselves or with the help of a local carpenter or professional.
7. Reporting Damage or Defects
- Upon delivery, inspect the goods and record an opening video along with clear images of the packing and labels.
- Any damage or defect must be reported to OK Furniture Studio within 2 days via email, along with details mentioned on the Proof of Delivery (POD).
- Delivery personnel are not authorized to open crates or packages. Their role is limited to delivering goods, and they are not directly employed by OK Furniture Studio.
8. Secure Address Policy
- We reserve the right to decline delivery to addresses deemed insecure, such as communal postal addresses or PO Boxes. If this affects your order, we will notify you promptly.
